Thank you Carla Berenice, Patrick Joseph, and others for tuning into this live episode of The Urban Mystic. Join me for my next live video via the app.
The previous arc of conversation I was leading through these live talks has come to an end. Our old cycle of meaning in the world is ending. Major transitions are happening in our skies and in the hearts and minds of the people. To belong fully to the next cycle, we need to close out the ending cycle with presence, discernment and intentionality. This requires a protocol of Stepping Through, navigating endings and the uncertainty of new beginnings and navigating liminal spaces or ‘the in-between’.
This talk covers a protocol I created to do the work that the Egyptian and Tibetan Books of the Dead were created for, to usher our souls across thresholds in a way that could preserve presence, discernment and intentionality. As with the Books of the Dead these two “prayers” are sophisticated navigational protocols.
We cover two “prayers” in this talk, pieces which you can access via the links below. Each forms one of two bookends, steering us through such endings and such new beginnings.
Each piece has a post providing context and a practice, with an embedded audio of me reading it aloud, so that you can drop in and really deepen your connection with the process.
